This vintage Viewmaster talking projector is in great shape cosmetically. The light does work, the fan comes on and the gear turns when everything is plugged in. I put in one of the reels and it played the audio but I don’t know how it was supposed to advance the image. I am not familiar with the operation of this unit.
The box has tape on it in certain areas, specifically holding the one end together but it does seem to be solid and intact.
For the reels, see photos. Some of the cases have a sticker on them. The road runner, Sigmund and the sea monsters, love bug, and Charlie Brown disk sets have all three of the reels present. Only the Road Runner set has the insert. The Star Trek set only has reels two and three. There are no reels to the sword in the stone set but instead there is one preview picture reel in that case.
