Items are photographed and listed by a dedicated team of individuals. We process thousands of unique items to the best of our ability and are not experts in any one item.
This can lead to minor listing errors
. If you encounter any discrepancies in the listing please contact us, as you probably know more about this one item than our team does and the employee responsible for the listing will correct that information in a timely manner.

Any questions outside of business hours may not be answered. We here at Dailydeals emphasize a work life balance and do not operate Friday – Sunday.
Shipping
: We have daily afternoon pickups scheduled during business hours for most packages. Your package has a two day handling time but most packages are packaged and shipped between 10am-1pm the following
weekday.
The exception is
Thursday orders after 12pm, those orders ship Monday.
Weekend orders mostly ship Monday if time allows, or Tuesday if weekend sales are heavy.

We handle tens of thousands of items and do not list counterfeits to the best of our ability. All items pass multiple authentication inspections before being listed but some counterfeits are easier to spot than others. It’s impossible to know the intimate details/variations of millions of items across the universe so help us help you. Our current counterfeit expert on staff has 19 years of hands on counterfeit experience and are responsible for removing counterfeits from inventory before listing.

you may be asked to pay for additional shipping charges. We will try to keep free shipping for smaller items, but oversized items may carry an additional charge. Thank you.
